STEP 1
FREE ESTIMATE & CUSTOM DESIGN
Here at Exclusive Christmas Lights, we believe in our all-in-one package with NO hidden fees! Our all-in-one package includes a free estimate and design, all commercial grade supplies, professional installation, free maintenance, take down of lights, storage of the lights and decor we provided until the following year. We show you the different colours and sizes of lights we provide along with other ideas of places you can decorate such as trees and pathways. Whether your design is simple or elaborate, we are here to help customize it to meet your needs and make what you had imagined come to life!
STEP 2
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Our professional installers show up during your scheduled time to make your design come to life! We provide high quality commercial grade lights, and custom design the lights to fit your house perfectly without the extra wires and bulbs hanging or coiled up. In most cases, you don’t even need to be home for the installation to take place, as long as we have access and the work area is cleared for our installers. Exclusive Christmas Lights has $5,000,000 in liability insurance and has WorkSafe BC coverage for all our installers. And lets say a bulb goes out, we send one of our installers to promptly get a new bulb installed at no extra charge to you!
STEP 3
LIGHT REMOVAL & STORAGE
Starting in January, we begin to do the removal of lights and decorations. We know at this point you have had a very busy but memorable holiday season. Instead of asking your neighbor again to borrow the ladders and risking any potential injuries, we take care of the responsibility of taking them down and storing. During your removal we carefully mark and label each section taken down placing them in proper ventilated storage containers at our storage facility and have them ready for the following season! As a Thank You, all of our returning customers receive a 15% discount for the following season, and if you subscribed, keep an eye out for early bird specials to save even more!
